Awesome Service! October 20, 2020 Reviewer: Marilyn from Monroe, WA United States   Called Fontelle and asked if she could send me more Pacific Chunky. I paid for the order twice with my PayPall account. She refunded my duplicate payment within 5 seconds, grabbed the yarn I wanted off the shelf and received it the next day!
