I am making a sweater where I hold this with a fingering weight yarn double, and I am loving it so much! I actually chose this in white because I hoped it would tone down and soften the color of the fingering weight yarn, because it's a bit much and variegated. The end result is a beautifully colored, fluffy dream of a sweater. It is so next to skin soft and I cannot wait for autumn to wear this!

I am a shawl designer in Albuquerque, NM and when I was designing my latest pattern, I knew I wanted the look of mohair without the mohair (I’m allergic!) Lana Grossa’s Setasuri is a beautiful alternative to mohair yarn!! It is a lovely blend of alpaca and silk and has a lovely fuzzy halo just like mohair, only softer! Not to mention it comes in a wide variety of colors! I am so grateful I found Setasuri for my designs! Great Yarns is the only place I’ve purchased my Setasuri. They carry all of the available colors unlike other vendors who only carry a few.  Great Yarns ships quickly and has very personable staff. Lisa has helped me pick just the right color of Setasuri for my project quite a few times! Thank you for all your help, Great Yarns! I will continue coming back!!!
