Great bag March 25, 2023 Reviewer: DN from Albuquerque, NM United States   Great friendly customer service. Received a call within an hour of placing order to make a clarification.  Bag arrived 2-3 days after ordering. It is very well made and so useful. Excellent Knitting Project Bag! Excellent customer service April 10, 2016 Reviewer: Kim E from Ellicott City, MD United States   My bag was not in stock. The owner called me moments after I placed my order to discuss my options. When I expressed that I really liked that particular pattern, she whole-heartedly encouraged me in my decision to wait even though I'm sure having a "hanging" order is more troublesome.
