Recent experience purchasing from Great Yarns! May 31, 2024 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Portland, OR United States   For the first time, I recently purchased yarm from Great Yarns. I liked the ease of using the website, in terms of accessing the yarn I was looking to purchase. The yarn I purchased arrived quickly. Shortly thereafter, I realized I would need additional skeins. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong color (denim instead of baby denim). However, the telephone representative provided excellent customer service in terms of ensuring the correct yarn was available and helping me with the exchange. Was this review helpful to you?

Amazing service January 20, 2021 Reviewer: Shannon McClain from Tulalip, WA United States   I purchased yarn online. One color was on back order and I promptly received an email asking if I wanted to substitute out with a very similar color.
